Two fully-equipped and staffed facilities are available to serve you. Each facility features a full-service clinic, diagnostic department, and an ambulatory surgery center - Day Surgery, Inc. in Gray and One Day Surgery, LLC in New Iberia.

If you are in pain, call the facility nearest you for an appointment. We strive to see patients within 24 hours and with a minimal waiting time.
