Adolfo Cuadra, MD, is an interventional pain management expert at Headache & Pain Center, AMC, with two locations in Gray and New Iberia, Louisiana. He uses cutting-edge techniques as part of his treatment approach in order to find solutions for patients that don’t require open surgery or opioids.
Dr. Cuadra is a resident of Houma, Louisiana. Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque. He then completed a one-year fellowship in pain medicine also at the University of New Mexico, with training in the latest pain-relieving techniques.
Dr. Cuadra is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Medicine and the American Academy of Pain Management. He is a member of the American Medical Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesiologists, Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Louisiana State Medical Society, Terrebonne Parish Medical Society, American Academy of Pain Management, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Pain Society, American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, and the Chamber of Commerce.
