Arthritis
Arthritis in the elbow is caused by age-related wear and tear or autoimmune conditions. It’s often accompanied by cracking and popping of the joint.
Neuropathy
Neuropathy, such as ulnar neuropathy, occurs when a nerve running becomes compressed, irritated, or damaged. The ulnar nerve runs from the elbow, down the forearm, and into the wrist and pinky, and pain can be felt at any of these locations. Pain from ulnar neuropathy is often accompanied by numbness and tingling.
